| Is my credit card safe? |
| Yes, our site is secure. Your credit card information is processed by one of the premiere processing sites on the web, PayFlow Pro, then disappears from our records. No one in our office ever sees credit card numbers of orders that are placed online.

| The best way to reach us is by email at orders@boatingbookstore.com . You will receive a response from a real, live human being.
We'll do our best to get back to you promptly. However, if we receive your request on a weekend, holiday or late afternoon of our business day we may not be able to respond to you until the next business day.
The hours when we are in our office and available by phone are Monday thru Friday, 9-4 Pacific Time.
You may also telephone our parent corporate offices (MediaNet Inc.) during our business hours (see above) at 425-778-9244 or 800-249-7033.
If you receive a busy signal or message please call us again or leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

| Order not received? |
| If you are concerned that your order is taking too long to be delivered, please feel free to email or call us (email is best). Please provide us with your order number. We will be able to determine when your order was shipped and/or whether it has been delivered to your local post office.
If you chose to have your order shipped by Media Mail (a special, low rate for books, videos and DVDs) it can take as long as two to three weeks for your order to arrive. Generally, orders to the West coast arrive faster, those to the East coast a bit longer (we ship from Seattle). Most Media Mail orders, however, will arrive within 5-14 days, but we can't guarantee such speedy service.

| Orders |
| Gift Orders..If you choose the "Gift" option when placing your order, the recipient's packing slip will only include a list of the package's contents, but not the prices.
Orders paid with by a credit card will be shipped the same day or the next business day. We do not ship on Sunday. Orders received after Saturday morning may not ship until Monday.
Orders paid with by check or money order will be shipped when we receive payment. This includes eBooks. We retain orders for 30 days from when they were placed. If payment is not received at the end of the 30 days, we cannot guarantee that the products ordered will still be available.
Magazine subscriptions
Subscriptions to magazines placed through Boating Bookstore generally begin one to three months after we receive the payment for your order. Monthly magazines generally start the fastest. Quarterlies may not start for a few months.

| Returns |
| If you are not satisfied with your product or it is damaged, please return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery to Boating Bookstore, 18922 Soundview Place, Edmonds, WA 98020. If you receive a defective product, please call us immediately and we will rush out a replacement (along with our apologies!)

| Refunds |
| Orders received that arrive damaged or should you receive a product that was not ordered..please contact us at orders@boatingbookstore.com within five days of receipt of product and we will contact you to arrange for proper delivery or provide a credit to you upon return of the product in question.
We will provide a shipping envelope for return of the product and pay for return shipping. We ship with confirmation of delivery via the USPS. |

| Boating Bookstore will deliver to virtually any country in the world. Postage will be added to our regular shipping charges as warranted. Please contact us to establish shipping rate for international shipping. |

| Shipping and Handling |
| We currently do not charge for shipping in the United States if our customer selects U.S. Post Office Media Mail for shipping. Priority mail is shipped at the prevailing rate. |

| We charge a $2.00 per item for handling. |

No person in our office views credit card numbers of orders that are placed online. You will not receive any correspondence from us other than confirmation of your order and possible follow up notices about our services and specials. Our program will establish a cookie on your system. Please do not remove during your session. because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of Boating Bookstore's essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any BoatingBookstore.com products and services that require you to Sign in.
